Key Responsibilities
- Build Enterprise Agentic Workflows that read, reason, and act on unstructured data for risk, compliance, and operations teams
- Deliver AI-augmented product engineering — using tools like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and AWS Bedrock to design and ship faster and smarter
- Develop cloud-native platforms and services that integrate AI into existing enterprise landscapes
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering (full-stack, backend, or platform)
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React.js
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Modern API design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Ability to move across layers and learn fast
- Experience designing and shipping production systems
- Already embracing AI as part of how you design, code, and ship software
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, Claude Agent SDK)
- Active use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, and GitHub Copilot
- Systems thinking — platforms, automation, feedback loops over tickets
